OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in care homes or through home care services, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to read and understand care plans, ensuring that individual needs are met.
• Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
• A valid driving licence is preferred for roles involving home visits.
• Basic IT skills for maintaining records and using electronic systems effectively.
