We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their own homes. Experience is not required — if you are kind, caring, and empathetic, we would love to hear from you.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote a positive, nurturing environment
• Monitor and document any changes in health or behaviour
• Administer medications in accordance with prescribed care plans
• Prepare and assist with meal planning and preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met
• Maintain cleanliness in clients’ living areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
• Assist clients with mobility and use of equipment such as hoists or Hoyer lifts, when needed
• Observe and report any changes in clients’ physical or mental condition
• Deliver specialised care to individuals living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or developmental disabilities
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure high-quality, person-centred care
