Company Description CCH Group is the largest care company in the UK, founded in 2009 and now operating more than 260 sites across the country. With around 13,000 employees, the group delivers approximately 1.5 million hours of care each month, focused on keeping people comfortable, safe, and happy. CCH Group is composed of 32 operating companies united by a single vision: to be the best place to work in care. Role Description The Care Assistant role at CCH Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Chester. The Care Assistant will support individuals with daily living tasks such as personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and medication prompts, while promoting dignity, independence, and choice. The role also involves building trusting relationships with individuals and their families, contributing to care planning, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in line with company policies and regulatory standards. Care Assistants are expected to work collaboratively with colleagues, follow established procedures, and participate in ongoing training to deliver consistently high-quality care.
