We require all of our Care Assistants to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable car that can be used for work purposes. As a Care Assistant, you will visit clients in their own homes and provide one-to-one support tailored to their individual needs. This will include: Personal care, Medication support, Meal preparation, Household support, Companionship and emotional support. Responsibilities
