Job Description What you’ll do We are seeking a caring and dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support our 18-year-old client as part of a 2:1 care package in her family home. Our client is a young woman living with drug-resistant epilepsy due to cortical dysplasia, experiencing multiple types of seizures. Your role will be varied and rewarding, involving: Personal care PEG feeding and medication administration Seizure monitoring and management Moving and handling Suctioning (as required) Engaging in sensory play, arts and crafts, story time, and outings We’re looking for someone who brings energy, empathy, and enthusiasm to every shift. If you’re someone who values building meaningful relationships, enjoys creative play and engaging activities, and can deliver attentive, high-quality care - we’d love to hear from you. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be a non-smoker, comfortable working in a home with a pet dog, and available for both weekday and weekend day shifts.
