He lives with his parents, older brother, and a friendly cockapoo, and is described by his family as a happy, cheeky “little tinker” with a lovable personality. You will provide person-centred care, working alongside a colleague and a multidisciplinary team to support his wellbeing and community activities. An adapted vehicle is provided for outings. Clinical Needs: Cerebral palsy PEG management (nutrition, fluids, medications) Moving and positioning Some personal care Qualifications What you'll need Candidate would need to meet the following requirements before applying: A full UK driving licence.
