The client will require a multitude of complex clinical needs that need to be met and monitored on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, proactive, and a team player who brings empathy and patience to their role. As the client is non-verbal and uses eye gaze technology to communicate. You will play a key part in encouraging and supporting alternative communication methods to help them express their needs and enhance their daily experience. This is a rewarding opportunity to build on your existing skills while making a meaningful difference in someone’s life. Qualifications Candidate would need to meet the following requirements before applying: A full UK driving licence. A previous background in the care sector. Experience in the following would be advantageous but not essential as full nurse-led training will be provided: Tracheostomy Management Ventilation Support PEG feed experience. Suctioning Catheter Care Bowel Management (Manual Evacuation) Experience of administering medication. Moving & Handling experience. Additional Information Why choose us?
