Job Description What you'll do Join us as a Complex Care Assistant and take the next step in your care career. We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and reliable Complex Care Assistant to support a gentleman living with an acquired brain injury. This is a highly rewarding role where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, consistency, and excellent communication skills, building positive interactions and providing person-centred care that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence. As part of our dedicated care team, you will be responsible for reviewing and following the client’s support plan on a daily basis, adhering to infection control procedures, carrying out safety checks on equipment, and monitoring and administering clinical interventions in line with training and care protocols. Qualifications What you'll need Experience in complex care is required, especially in the following: PEG feeding Suctioning Catheter Care Stoma Care Medication Administration Moving & Handling Equipment Clear Communicator Mental Health Support It is essential you must have a valid UK manual driving licence and be confident in using a mobility van.
