Job Description What you’ll do? Every day as a HICSS Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same – helping people recover, regain independence, and remain safely at home. You will: Support individuals following hospital discharge or during periods of recovery Deliver person-centred care in line with care plans and clinical guidance Assist with personal care while promoting dignity and independence Monitor wellbeing and report changes to the wider multidisciplinary team Support mobility, medication, nutrition, and daily living activities Work closely with healthcare professionals as part of an integrated local team Qualifications What we are looking for? HICSS roles support individuals with more complex needs, so we’re looking for people who combine compassion with capability. Whether you already have experience in care or are looking to build on a solid foundation, you’ll play a key role in supporting recovery and independence at home.
