You will: Support residents to remain independent within their Extra Care apartments Offer companionship and reassurance Provide a reassuring presence and build meaningful, day-to-day connections Assist with medication, mobility, and mealtime support Work closely with an on-site, dedicated care team, ensuring continuity and quality of care Deliver personal care with dignity, respect, and sensitivity Respond promptly to care calls or emergency alarms within the scheme Encourage social engagement and participation in on-site activities and community life Qualifications What we’re looking for?
