Job Description What you'll do We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Complex Care Assistant to support an adult client due to be discharged from hospital. This role involves managing a range of complex clinical needs that require regular monitoring and attention. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, proactive, and a reliable team player who demonstrates empathy, patience, and adaptability. As the client is non-verbal and uses eye gaze technology to communicate, you will play a vital role in encouraging and supporting alternative communication methods to help them express their needs and enhance their quality of life. Qualifications Candidate would need to meet the following requirements before applying: A full UK driving licence.
