You’ll be supporting a young gentleman with learning disabilities and a tracheostomy. On your day-to-day you will be supporting with personal care and tracheostomy management. Qualifications Complex Care Assistant Job: Skills & Requirements Previous experience in a complex care assistant role is not essential, but experience in the following would be extremely advantageous: Tracheostomy Management Medication Administration Moving & Handling Equipment.
