Job Description What you'll do The client is a young gentleman in his teens who has Autism, ADHD, Global Development Delay & PICA. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable and has a strong emotional resilience to join our existing team where no two days are the same. Your day-to-day would include providing personal care, infection control and constant supervision to ensure a safe environment at all times at home and in the community. Qualifications What you'll need Experience in complex care is essential for this position prior to being interview, this is inclusive of the following: Challenging Behaviours Knowledge of Autism or ADHD The ability to read social cues of non-verbal clients. The ability to interpret body language or to use visual aids such as PECS. Consistency, emotional resilience & the ability to build trust.
