We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable and has a strong emotional resilience to join our existing team where no two days are the same. Your day-to-day would include providing personal care, infection control and constant supervision to ensure a safe environment at all times at home and in the community. Qualifications What you'll need Experience in complex care is essential for this position, inclusive of the following: Challenging Behaviours Knowledge of Autism or ADHD The ability to read social cues of non-verbal clients. The ability to interpret body language or to use visual aids such as PECS. Consistency, emotional resilience & the ability to build trust. Additional Information Why choose us?
