Job Description 🌟 What You’ll Be Doing You’ll deliver essential home care and support, following personalised plans that put dignity and respect first: Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Medication support (preparation and administration) Meal preparation and mealtime assistance Mobility and equipment support Light domestic tasks (laundry, tidying, cleaning) Companionship and emotional support 💫 Additional Responsibilities Companionship & social engagement Medication collection and reminders Nutrition & mealtime support Light housekeeping Safe mobility support and transfers Health monitoring and observation Promoting social inclusion and family connection Accurate documentation and record-keeping Responding to emergencies quickly and safely Working collaboratively with families and professionals Qualifications 🦸 What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape & Superpowers!)
