Job Description What you'll do We are seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a lovely 11-year-old boy with cerebral palsy in his family home. He lives with his parents, older brother, and a friendly cockapoo, and is described by his family as a happy, cheeky “little tinker” with a lovable personality. You will provide person-centred care, working alongside a colleague and a multidisciplinary team to support his wellbeing and community activities. An adapted vehicle is provided for outings. Clinical Needs: Cerebral palsy PEG management (nutrition, fluids, medications) Moving and positioning Some personal care Qualifications What we’re looking for: You don’t need any care experience to apply for this role, just plenty of care, compassion and resilience as we provide full nurse-led training.
