You'll be supporting a young gentleman in his early twenties with cerebral palsy, working alongside a caring team to provide personal care, medication via PEG, seizure support, and meaningful social interaction. Every day brings something new, and you'll be making a real difference in someone’s life while growing your own knowledge and experience in complex care. Qualifications Previous experience in a complex care assistant role is extremely advantageous, especially involving the following clinical tasks: PEG feeding. C-Pap ventilation support.
