Job Description What you'll do Parents are seeking a compassionate, reliable female carer to join the team supporting a 12-year-old beautiful girl with very complex medical needs. This is a specialist role requiring attention to detail, and the right people to ensure her safety, comfort and quality of life. She is home schooled, enjoying activities as part of her day, and getting outside if the weather allows. Alongside her clinical care we want carers who can help her enjoy these important moments. The role includes: PEG feeding Administration of prescribed medications Seizure management 24/7 ventilation support Suctioning and chest physiotherapy Hoisting and full personal care Supporting her learning, play and daily activities Training and support: You will work closely with the family and existing carers to receive full training in the home Ongoing support from healthcare professionals This is a highly responsible role where reliability and compassion are essential. Qualifications What you’ll need You will not require complex care experience for this role. Just plenty of care, compassion, and resilience as we provide full nurse-led training.
