Clarence Park Residential & Nursing Care Home in Weston-super-Mare provides compassionate short- and long-term care for up to 40 residents, including recovery, nursing, and palliative support. As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their daily routines and help them maintain independence wherever possible. You will follow personalised care plans, assist with personal care, nutrition, and mobility, and ensure residents’ overall wellbeing is prioritised. Working alongside nurses and the wider care team, you will help create a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment where residents feel comfortable, valued, and happy. Every day will give you the chance to build relationships, bring joy, and make a positive impact on the lives of those you care for.
