Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal care and support to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.
  • Follow individual care plans to meet the specific needs of each resident.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents’ health or behaviour to senior staff.
  • Engage residents in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Drive residents to appointments or activities as required (driving licence preferred).
