We require dedicated and committed people To work in our homely family run service located on the seafront in Redcar. We have a well established and passionate team to welcome and support you into your new role.

Experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided to the successful candidate.

· Ensure that residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing

· To contribute to the efficient running of the service

· Support residents to maintain their relationships and connections with the local community

· Ensure care plans and other information about how to support residents are followed

· Be responsible for informing the Senior Carer/Nurse of any changes in the needs of service users

Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals you support
