We are seeking Care Assistant’s to join our team at Larchfield Manor. In this role, you will provide essential support to our residents, helping them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in home care or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
  • A compassionate attitude towards caring for others is essential.
