Job Title: Waking Nights/ Domiciliary Care Support Worker

Reporting to: Registered Manager
Purpose: We have an exciting new opportunity, for the right candidates- based across the St Helens area. We are looking for candidates that are able to work WAKING NIGHTS- alongside this, we also have opportunities for Domiciliary Care between the hours of 7am-11pm.
We are recruiting for both Drivers and Walkers across this area, walkers MUST be able to commute reliably to the position.

• Personal Care:
• Assist clients with personal care needs as detailed in their individual care plan.
• Ensure clients understand available care and treatment choices.
• Communicate effectively with clients, carers, and other professionals.
• Report significant changes in clients’ health and support needs to the Team Leader.
• Administer clients’ medication in line with company policy.
• Safeguarding and Safety:
• Identify and prevent potential abuse.
• Respond to allegations of abuse.
• Report incidents or accidents promptly.
• Maintain hygiene standards and infection control.
• Communication and Relationships:
• Understand company policies and procedures.
• Promote clients’ right to choice and independence.
• Treat clients with respect, privacy, and dignity.
