We are a small care home in the Meir area of Stoke on Trent, catering for clients with Learning and Physical disabilities.
We are looking for an experienced team member to deliver high quality care to our clients.

You will monitor the wellbeing of each client, , person centred-care and be involved in the care planning process, always promoting independence and well-being by ensuring that client’s personal, psychological and social care needs are met.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
