- Community Based Carers [Days / Lates]
- Care Assistants within Extra Care Sites [Wallasey, Birkenhead and Rock Ferry]
- Community Based Nights attached to our Mobile Nights Team.

• Supporting with personal care, nutritional support, social care, welfare checks and medication administration to individuals based within their own homes.
• Working unsupervised, alone or as a pair.
• Supported by a team of supervisors and a 24/7 on call team.
• Shifts available include Community days 7am - 2pm, lates 4pm - 10pm.
• Night Shifts 9pm - 6am
• Extra Care 8-2pm, 4-10pm and 8-8 [four on four off or two on six off].
