CARE ASSISTANT - DAYS

Lavender House is a privately run Care Home in Alsager, that offers residential care for up to 20 residents. The environment is a home-like atmosphere that is friendly and caring. We aim to ensure that residents feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed.
Care Assistants are the front-line staff in all care settings. You will work as part of a team at Lavender House to deliver person-centered, high-quality care.
You will work with all types of residents receiving direct care. Your duties and responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of the individuals and you will carry out tasks that respond to the physical, personal, emotional, religious, cultural and spiritual needs of the person.

INCLUDING:

• Ensuring the highest possible levels of person-centered care are maintained by supporting/assisting individuals, when required, with washing, toileting, dressing, undressing, and all other aspects of daily living
