ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for caring, compassionate, and dedicated to join our team. You’ll be supporting residents in their home, helping them with daily personal care, companionship, and maintaining a clean, comfortable living environment. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life every day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing compassionate care – Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility support, while treating them with dignity and respect.
• Emotional and social support – Build meaningful relationships with residents, ensuring they feel valued and at home.
• Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment – Assist with light cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, pleasant living space.
• Supporting independence – Encourage and support residents to maintain their independence as much as possible.
• Teamwork – Work closely with colleagues to provide the best care possible, ensuring residents’ individual needs are met.
