We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to residents in a care home setting, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily activities and personal care while fostering a positive and nurturing environment.

SKILLS

• Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively.
• Basic IT skills for maintaining records and documentation.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds are essential qualities for this role.
