SKILLS

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Help prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in their condition to the supervising staff.
• Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
• Follow individual care plans tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support.
• Drive to clients’ homes if required, ensuring safe transportation.
