JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated care assistant to join our multiple award-winning team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in care homes or through home care services, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others, making a positive impact on the lives of those in your care.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Basic IT skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred for roles involving travel between locations.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being capable of working independently.

  • Engage with residents through conversation and activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Drive to clients’ homes as required for home care services, ensuring timely arrival and departure.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
