  Responsibilities
• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help clients with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Administer medications as instructed by healthcare professionals
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry
• Monitor and report any changes in client’s condition to the supervisor
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided
