Company Description We’re looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults across New Romney, Kent. The evening shift will be 16:00-21:00 with alternate Weekends. Our visits are at least an hour long, so you can focus on what matters — helping someone feel safe, comfortable and valued. You’ll be supporting older adults with things like: Providing respectful personal care, such as helping with washing, showering, bathing, dressing and personal hygiene, while always maintaining dignity and independence Supporting with mobility and helping clients move around their home safely Preparing meals, snacks and hot drinks Helping with light household tasks to keep their home safe and comfortable Offering companionship, conversation and a friendly face Supporting with medication reminders and other health-related tasks where appropriate We’re looking for people with the right values and attitude.
