Job Description Summary As a Care Professional at Home Instead, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Based in Worthing, you will provide compassionate support tailored to our clients needs, helping clients maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Medication administration and Support Follow Person Centred care plans to meet each client's unique needs. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Communicate effectively with office team regarding clients care progress and needs. Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes to management. Support clients with mobility and transportation as needed. Light house keeping and running errands Qualifications Requirements Experience in home care or a related field is desirable but not essential; we value a caring attitude above all. All training will be provided. Strong communication skills in English to interact with clients and team members effectively. Ability to follow care plans tailored to individual client needs. Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication purposes. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Flexible availability - to be discussed in interview Suggested work pattern 2-3 week day evenings 5pm - 10pm. Alternate Weekends (minimum of 6-8 hours per day) Additional Information At Home Instead we offer a family-feel work culture.
