WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking individuals who:

  • Have a genuine passion for caring for others and making a positive difference in their lives.
  • Are female – due to the personal care needs and preferences of some of our clients.
  • Possess strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
  • Are reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence.
  • Have previous experience in a healthcare setting (desirable but not essential; training will be provided).
  • Are willing to undergo background checks and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Personal Care: Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring dignity and comfort.
  • Mobility Support: Helping clients with mobility, including transferring and positioning, to promote independence and safety.
  • Meal Preparation: Preparing and serving nutritious meals, catering to dietary needs and preferences.
  • Medication Assistance: Supporting clients with medication management, ensuring timely and accurate administration.
  • Household Support: Assisting with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Companionship: Providing emotional support and engaging in meaningful conversations to enhance clients’ well-being.
  • Transportation: Driving clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring a safe and pleasant journey.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of client care and reporting any changes in health or behaviour to the appropriate personnel.
