OVERVIEW

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals in care homes and through home care services. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, supporting care plans, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients. REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential.
  • A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles involving travel between client locations.
  • Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Basic IT skills for maintaining records and using care management software are beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
