JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Elder Care Assistant to provide high-quality support to elderly individuals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a good command of English, and the ability to follow care plans meticulously. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients, fostering a supportive environment that promotes independence and dignity.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in elder care or a related field is preferred but not essential
  • Familiarity with care home environments and home care practices
  • Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
  • A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others
