BETTER PAY - Our rates start from £13.65 per hour AND you get paid £12.50ph PLUS 50p per mile while driving. This works MUCH better than other companies where you get a higher hourly rate but do not get paid for driving time and get a lower mileage!
BETTER TRAINING - You will get a lot of support from our management team. We also have an in-house trainer, and you will receive a combination of in-person, on-the-job and online training. If you encounter something you’re not familiar with, we’ll get training for it and roll it out to the entire team!
BETTER OPPORTUNITIES: Whether it’s getting your NVQs (we currently have 4 staff members on their L3!), progressing to leadership positions within the company or something else, we’re there to support you!

And you must be based around Cranbrook (where most of the work is) and be willing to occasionally travel closer to Tunbridge Wells.
