Your Role as a Healthcare Assistant (Driver Only)

As a valued member of our care team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional personal care tailored to each individual’s daily needs.
  • Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable individuals, including identifying and reporting any concerns of abuse.
  • Supporting clients with medication in accordance with their care plans and risk assessments.
  • Preparing meals that meet service users’ dietary, cultural, and personal preferences.
  • Keeping accurate records including care plans, health changes, and carer notes.
  • Using manual handling equipment safely and appropriately.
  • Participating in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve care standards.
