ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• English language proficiency.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references.

• Assist clients with daily living activities, promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Deliver person-centred care in line with tailored care plans, working closely with healthcare professionals.
• Accurately document care activities and update client progress using digital tools.
• Communicate effectively with family members, colleagues, and clients to ensure a high standard of care.
• Travel to clients’ homes across the community – a driving license is essential.
• Build trusted, supportive relationships through empathy, respect, and compassion.
