Duties include: Reflect the core values of Home Instead Contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client’s quality of life. Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client’s needs or living conditions. Maintain regular communication with line manager and office staff. Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit. Home help - help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework Accompanying to appointments, local activities, or shopping Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent. Qualifications Willingness to travel to clients homes You will be required to undergo a full DBS check You do not need any care qualifications or formal experience to become a Care Professional as we will provide you with our award-winning training. We have Care Professionals working for us who have been stay at home mums, semi-retired school teachers and or retired but would like part time work. If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, Health Care Assistant or caring for a loved one, we would love to hear from you.
