Covering Retford and Surrounding Villages - Retford, Ordsall, Hallcroft, Clarborough, Ranskill, Grove, North Wheatley, Woodbeck, Sturton le Steeple, South Leverton, Rampton, Laneham, Clayworth, Ranby, Gamston, Torworth, Barnby Moor, Askham, Lound, Treswell, Hayton, Kneesall, Bothamsall, Bole, Rockley, Cottam, West Drayton, West Markham, Eaton, Headon, Babworth, Lound, Welham, Bevercoates What You’ll Receive £13/hour weekdays, £14 on weekends Double time on bank holidays 30p mileage between clients 16 to 30 hours a week (Guaranteed hours contract available) Every second weekend off Full training – no experience needed City & Guilds-accredited dementia training available Supportive, respectful local management Employee Assistance Programme Refer a Friend: £300 Your Availability We’re looking for people who can work: 06.45am - 2.30pm and 3.45pm - 9.45pm shifts Alternate weekends (essential for this role) Some flexibility to support client continuity How You’ll Make a Difference Our clients rely on us for stability, respect, and genuine human connection. Qualifications Essential Requirements: Valid UK Driving Licence Own vehicle with appropriate insurance for business use Right to work in the UK Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain) Satisfactory references from previous employers or character referees Preferred Qualifications: Health and Safety awareness or basic training Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Physical fitness and mobility to support personal care tasks Willingness to undertake City & Guilds-accredited dementia training and ongoing professional development Reliable transport and punctuality record Flexibility and adaptability to support client continuity Additional Information Be part of the Home Instead community and work with friendly like-minded people who share your values.
