Company Description Part-Time Care Assistant – Deal, Kent Morning & Afternoon Shifts We’re looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults in the Deal, Sandwich & Dover, Kent area. We are a brand-new office in the local community, and we’re looking for caring individuals who genuinely want to make a difference and be part of something new and exciting. This is a part-time role with flexible shift options: Morning shifts: 07:00 – 14:00 Afternoon shifts: 14:00 – 21:00 Shifts are available Monday to Friday, with alternate weekends required. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be supporting older adults with things like: Personal care and mobility Making a meal or a comforting cuppa Keeping their home tidy, safe, and welcoming Sharing stories, laughter, and companionship Supporting with some health-related tasks (e.g. catheter care, stoma care, nail care — full training provided) No Experience? No Problem! You don’t need previous care experience — we’ll train, support, and cheer you on from day one. We’re looking for people with the right values and attitude.
