Our Thornbury office supports people living across Thornbury, Dursley, Berkeley, Yate, Almondsbury and all the surrounding areas. We are looking for new Care Assistant's to join our team and support our clients with all aspects of daily living! The role will include, but not be limited to: Personal care Medication support Light home help tasks Meal preparation and fluids Companionship We will provide all training, so no experience is no problem - our Care Skills Academy offers you industry-leading training, mentoring, and qualifications to help you become an exceptional Care Assistant! Our visits are a minimum of 1 hour and you will always see regular clients, enabling you to build a good relationship with those you support. As a Care Assistant, we can offer you: £12.85 - £13.50 per hour £25.70 per hour on a bank holiday Mileage and travel time between clients paid to you on top of the hourly rate Support from a dedicated office team throughout your journey with us Free Blue Light Card for national discounts Wellbeing Hub with resources on mental health, menopause, sleep, nutrition and more Recognition and reward – because you care for our clients, and we care for you! What do we need from you? We need you to be aged 18 or over and have a genuine desire to provide outstanding care and support to our clients. You will also need to be able to work an alternate weekend (both Saturday & Sunday) Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desired.
