Job Description Care Professional – One‑Hour Visits | Time to Care | £13–£14 + Mileage Here at Home Instead, We believe care should never be rushed. That’s why every visit we deliver is a minimum of one hour, creating the time and space for genuine, person-centred relationships. What You’ll Receive £13/hour weekdays, £14 on weekends Double time on bank holidays 30p mileage between clients 12–16 hours to start (more as the rota grows) Every second weekend off Full training – no experience needed City & Guilds-accredited dementia training available Supportive, respectful local management Guaranteed hours available after successful probation Employee Assistance Programme Refer a Friend: £300 Your Availability We’re looking for people who can work: 7am - 2.30pm and 3.45pm - 9.45pm shifts Alternate weekends (essential for this role) Some flexibility to support client continuity How You’ll Make a Difference Our clients rely on us for stability, respect, and genuine human connection.
