Job Description Care Assistant Benefits: Excellent pay rates - £13.80 Per hour weekdays/ £14.90 Per hour weekends-plus double pay for enhanced bank holiday rates. Types of hours available - Part time & guaranteed hours Minimum 1 hour calls – so you have the time needed with client Welcome bonus - £100 payment will be paid once all initial training is completed Employee referral bonus programme - £200 bonus paid if you refer and friend or family member and they start Mileage Paid- up to 45p per mile Training - award winning training and ongoing support, with genuine career development opportunities such as access to specialist training/ qualifications including City & Guilds assured Dementia and Parkinson's. Duties can include: Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework Accompanying to appointments or shopping Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent Qualifications No qualifications are required, we are looking for naturally caring qualities and those who want to make a difference to peoples lives!
