Job Description Your Role as a Community Care Professional As a Home Instead Care Professional, you’ll be supporting clients in their own homes, offering personalised care that helps them live independently and confidently. Your work will include: 🌟 Providing genuine companionship Sharing stories, enjoying a cuppa, offering a listening ear, all whilst brightening someone’s day. 🌟 Supporting with daily routines Helping clients with tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, getting ready for the day, or winding down for the evening. 🌟 Delivering personal care with empathy and dignity You’ll help clients feel safe, comfortable, and respected — always taking the time they deserve. Our minimum 1-hour visits mean you have the time to build relationships, deliver unhurried care, and make a real difference to each client’s day. Introductions Before Care Begins You’ll always be introduced to clients before regular care starts. This helps everyone feel comfortable, confident, and supported from the very first visit. Consistency & Regular Clients We match Care Professionals with regular clients wherever possible, so you can build meaningful relationships and enjoy continuity in your work.
