We have immediate need around the Dursley area, so if you're located close to there that would be ideal, but we also cover Thornbury and Yate. Job Description At Home Instead, we do things differently. We believe care should never be rushed, and relationships should be at the heart of everything we do. That’s why our visits are always at least one hour long, giving you the time to provide truly personal, quality care. Our Care Professionals are carefully matched with clients and introduced in advance, ensuring familiarity, trust, and continuity. At one of our other branches, one of our team members had supported the same client for over 10 years - something we’re incredibly proud of! Every day is different, but your role could include: Providing companionship and emotional support Preparing meals and helping with daily routines Assisting with medication and personal care Supporting clients living with conditions such as dementia or those recovering from a stroke You’ll help people continue living safely and comfortably in the place they know best - their own home. Additional Information Don’t worry if you don’t have previous care experience - our Care Skills Academy offers industry-leading training, mentoring, and qualifications to help you become an exceptional Care Professional.
