Job Description Your Role as a Care Professional As a Home Instead Care Professional, you will play an essential role in helping individuals continue living life on their own terms. This New Year and beyond, you will provide companionship, reassurance, and high-quality care to those who need it most. Quality Time That Matters Our minimum one-hour visits allow you to build genuine, trusted relationships—giving you the time to listen, connect, and make a real difference. Companionship and Daily Support You will offer friendly companionship and assist with daily activities, helping clients remain active, engaged, and confident in their routines. Personal Care Delivered with Compassion You may support with personal care and practical tasks, always ensuring clients feel safe, comfortable, and respected. Supporting Independence in the Community Whether accompanying clients on shopping trips, attending appointments, or supporting social activities, you will help them maintain independence and wellbeing. To succeed in this role, you must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle. What We Offer We believe in supporting those who support others.
