Job Description What You’ll Be Doing (Care, Connection & Kindness) Providing genuine companionship, sharing conversation, enjoying a warm drink, and offering reassurance as the first signs of spring emerge. Supporting clients with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, and grooming—helping them feel comfortable, confident, and ready to enjoy the new season. Preparing nourishing meals—from hearty lunches to comforting dinners that bring warmth and energy. Offering medication support (full training provided). Helping with light household tasks—keeping homes safe, tidy, and welcoming during the transitional season. Offering emotional support, being a calm, reliable presence when it matters most. Completing simple care notes to keep everyone informed and supported.
