Location: Paddock Stile Manor Dementia Care Home -Philadelphia Lane, Newbottle, Houghton-le-Spring, Tyne & Wear, DH4 4ES

Salary: £12.71 - £12.96 per hour

Schedule/Hours – Full & Part Time Available - Days, 22-44 hrs per week

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
  • Supporting residents in meaningful activities, leisure outings, and appointments
  • Serving meals and refreshments with warmth and courtesy
  • Maintaining a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment
  • Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing
  • Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences
  • Supporting new team members and contributing to a positive team culture
